And about the Sunday School class, the parties we are have are rewards. If they do the challenges I give them for like three to six months, we have a party. If they are naughty they don't get parties. Its helped with participation in class a lot, and it helps everyone get to know each other a bit better. BTW We teach the same age group! :)
